QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

EXPORT SALES ENGINEER


Our company has been providing services in the Design, Production and Sales of Ventilation Equipment, Accessories and Devices for more than 30 years. We deliver our products throughout the country and abroad to more than 4 continents and more than 80 countries through our distributors and dealers.

Our production premises is located in Manisa-Turgutlu Organized Industrial Zone on a total area of 10.000 m², 6.000 m² of which is closed area. We are looking for a "Sales & Marketing Specialist (Engineer)" with the following qualifications to work in our growing and developing organization;


· Graduated from Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering departments of universities,

· Have at least 2 years of experience in Sales.

· Preferably with experience in Ventilation Devices and Equipment.

· Preferably with experience in Air Handling Units .

· Have an upper intermediate / advanced level of English knowledge and actively use it in business life.

· Have completed military service (for male candidates).

· Strong communication skills and persuasion ability.

· Have a good command of organizational and planning competence.

· Compatible with teamwork.

 

Job Description;

 

· To carry out sales and marketing activities in its region, depending on the company's sales and marketing policy in its own region.

-To select & propose Air Handling Units by using our selection software

-To read & investigate technical specifications especially forAir Handling Units

· To make detailed introductions about the technical features and benefits of the products for the requirements of the companies in the sector, to offer proper products and solutions, to create sales potential in this direction and to make sales

· To prepare proposals for the companies in its portfolio, to carry out pre- and post-sales activities by doing process management.

· To use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software actively and to ensure the correct flow of information within the company.

· To plan and present the weekly to-dos to the manager, to analyze the weekly activities after sales and to report them regularly, and also to prepare monthly / annual reports.

· Dominating the revenue management and collection processes and carrying out the activities by taking the necessary actions.

· To develop and implement actions to achieve sales targets, to ensure that the sales process is carried out in coordination with the relevant units.

· To play an active role in crisis management and customer complaints by managing them and resolving them.

· Closely checking and reporting competitor activities.

Note: Our company is located in Manisa Turgutlu Organized Industry, we have service opportunity from Izmir to our company.
