Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a new teammate who will work closely with our sales, business development and engineering teams. This role will focus on understanding customer needs, supporting project-based sales activities, preparing technical proposals, modifying basic AutoCAD layout studies and contributing to customer-specific solution development for domestic and international projects.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field; preferably with a background in Industrial, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, project coordination, proposal preparation or a similar customer-facing technical role,
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, high motivation, reliability and discipline,
- Preferably experienced in machinery/equipment sales, automation systems, robotic applications or industrial project-based solutions,
- Ability to understand customer needs and transform them into technical and commercial solution proposals,
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout preparation is required,
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts and customer specifications,
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian, Arabic or another foreign language is a plus,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
- Holds a valid B-class driver’s license and actively drives,
- Open to domestic and international travel,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed,
- Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Asian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli.
Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting project-based technical sales activities for domestic and international customers,
- Analyzing customer requirements and contributing to the development of suitable technical and commercial solutions,
- Preparing AutoCAD layout studies based on customer site conditions, product flow and project requirements,
- Supporting the preparation of technical and commercial proposals,
- Working closely with the sales team during customer visits, project discussions and follow-up processes,
- Participating in meetings with local and global customers and supporting project development processes,
- Preparing and following up project scopes, schedules and change requests,
- Providing tailored solutions to customers during field visits and supporting proposal preparation accordingly,
- Coordinating with engineering, business development and sales teams regarding technical feasibility, project scope and proposal details,
- Supporting order and post-sales follow-up processes while keeping customers updated when required,
- Contributing to the promotion of newly developed systems and technical solutions,
- Reporting customer feedback, project updates and technical discussions to senior management and business development units,
- Monitoring industry trends, customer needs and competitor solutions in packaging automation,
- Supporting the organization and participation of domestic and international trade fairs.
