We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for Vesuvius that is world class leader in its industry. The position will be based in Gebze/Kocaeli.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related departments of universities,
• At least 1 years of experiences in Sales Support position,
• Good command of English in both written and verbal communication,
• Good knowledge of ERP Software, SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Careful and follower of the work,
• Good communication skills,
• Analytic and good at playing numbers,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION   

• Supporting sales team include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service,
• Supporting local sales and related purchases by producing invoices for the customers, entering purchase orders and placing orders to the suppliers within Turkey or other sources abroad,
• Being responsible with preparation of all invoices, order acknowledgements and delivery notes to local customers,
• Making necessary entries to SAP in processing orders
• Evaluating of monthly Stock Requirement and Stock Status reports and communicating to related parties and acting on foreseen issues,
• Preparing weekly shipments due report for local sales and communicate to related parties,
• Maintaining and coordinating new proposal numbering with the sales team,
• Communicating all requests for proposals from customers to sales team and handling confirmation procedure with the sales team.
