We are seeking SAP Module Specialist (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, TM, WM, HR) to join our team at Baştaş Başkent Cement Factory in Elmadağ, one of the leading companies of Vicat Group Türkiye. We expect the candidates to be in Ankara.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5+ years of consulting experience in one or more SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, TM, WM, HR)
• Strong business process knowledge within the relevant SAP functional area
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration
• Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• SAP Certification is preferred
• Team-oriented and capable of adapting to the dynamic structure of our company.

Job Description

• Take part in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects
• Assess business requirements and convert them into SAP solutions within the relevant functional area
• Configure, test, and improve SAP business processes in the assigned SAP module
• Manage master data activities, system configuration, and testing processes
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and perform system configuration, design forms and reports as well as to work closely with SAP ABAP team
• Provide post-go-live support and suggest continuous process improvements
• Conduct customer and project interviews to evaluate project scope and feasibility
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across SAP modules
• Provide application knowledge and functional expertise for the design, development, and integration of SAP and non-SAP solutions
• Support data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.
