We are looking for a dedicated and experienced colleague to join our dynamic Global Customer Coordination Center for Contract Management in Istanbul, Turkey. This is a key position where you support our global sales processes by coordinating and managing contract details according to existing agreements and policies.

Where do you come in?
Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of what we do. Reporting to the Global Admin Support Manager, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Registering new agreements when signed
- Withdrawing vessels from existing agreements
- Adding vessels to existing agreements
- Ensuring scope, pricing and other information is maintained in the systems
- Create pricing in SAP
- Create billing plans in SAP
- Assist on contract related questions
- Assist in financial related questions to contracts
- Perform other special assignments related to the job position
Since you will be working with international customers and colleagues you will need to be fluent in English.
In addition, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Literacy or Management fields.
- Strong written and spoken English
- High computer literacy (MS Office required; SAP/CRM preferred)
- Experience in international environments (master data, sales support, business admin)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently on complex tasks
- Detail-oriented
- High standards for quality
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Follow work regulations and procedures
