What you’ll do

• Support the team with data collection and reporting (e.g., preparing simple Excel tables, updating existing reports)
• Assist in churn and revenue tracking for segment based by providing data support to the team’s analysis
• Contribute to preliminary reporting on customer surveys, campaign results, or customer feedback
• Help with documentation, meeting notes, and task follow-ups in digitalization and automation projects
• Research CRM and marketing trends and prepare short summaries for the team
• Monitor competitor activities and provide simple observations and reports to the team
• Support preparation processes for new product or campaign launches (presentations, content gathering, checklists)

Who you are

• University student or fresh graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• Strong interest in data, marketing, and CRM
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Able to work 5 days a week (full-time internship)
