QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

University graduate (engineering is preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in fixed products and services
Analytical thinking
Fluent English on both verbal and written
Customer focused
Ability to analyse data and use related tools (Excel, Business Objects)
Strong follow-up skills and ability to work under pressure and challenging targets
Excellent Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Prone to team work and cooperation
Experience using MS Office Tools
Experience using CRM tools (Emptor knowledge is preferred)
No restriction for travelling,
No obligation of military service for male candidates.

We are seeking an Activation Operations Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Fixed Sales Operation Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Activation management of Vodafone Fiber and other operators wholesale fiber products
Works for maximum activation rate. Following rates by daily
Responsible for the best activation experience of the customers
Coordination between sales and operations teams
Manages IT requests in line with Process Team
Makes UAT with Process Team, before launch for Product, Service and Campaigns.
Hotline Team management
Managing Vodafone Fiber inside building manufacturing
Fiber operations detail reporting
