About the Project
We are looking a Sales Specialist to work at the central sales office of Volony Doğa Konakları Çekmeköy, an exclusive residential project in Istanbul. The successful candidate will serve as a team member involved in the project's overall commercial strategy, specifically focusing on sales management and customer acquisition within the framework of marketing strategy and brand positioning.
Role Purpose
Purpose of the Role To play a responsible role in the commercial launch of the project and in long-term sales activities within the scope of an integrated marketing and sales strategy.
Sales & Business Development
- Carry out sales activities in line with the company's sales and marketing strategy.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on customer inquiries, and support the sales process from initial contact through order completion.
- Coordinate with the marketing, design, development, and product teams to ensure timely and effective customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records, prepare sales reports, and update CRM systems when required.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales within the residential real estate sector
· Proven track record of launching large-scale residential developments in the business, premium or luxury segments
· Experience building and leading high-performing marketing and sales teams
Professional Competencies
· Strong understanding of Istanbul's residential real estate market, competitive landscape and customer behavior
· Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and market positioning for residential projects
· Experience managing the full sales funnel and customer acquisition process
· Hands-on experience with digital marketing, CRM platforms and marketing analytics
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree or higher
· Fluent English (written and spoken)
· Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make independent decisions
· Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
· Experience working with shareholders, senior management and executive-level reporting
