Vitrin Clinic is looking for proactive, goal-oriented, and experienced candidates in Call Center Sales to strengthen our growing team in aesthetic and dental health tourism. This position manages inbound and outbound patient communication, coordinates treatment plans with patients, organizes patient flow with the clinical team, and is responsible for achieving monthly sales goals.

Core Responsibilities
Lead Management: Professionally handle and provide timely responses to incoming leads and inquiries from various channels, including email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
Consultative Sales: Conduct detailed needs analyses for potential patients and prepare personalized treatment plans in coordination with the clinic.
Patient Coordination: Manage appointment planning, prepare treatment cost estimates (proformas), and coordinate payment and travel arrangements.
Active Outreach: Perform active outbound calls and develop follow-up strategies to reach sales targets.
CRM & Reporting: Ensure accurate and complete entry of patient data into the CRM; manage the pipeline and provide regular reporting.
Relationship Building: Build trust in international patient relations and provide translation or logistics support when necessary.
Strategic Feedback: Prepare monthly performance reports and provide feedback on sales strategies.
Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to increase patient satisfaction and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, call centers, or patient consultancy (experience in health tourism or dental sales is preferred).
Language: Native-level fluency in English. Proficiency in an additional language (Bulgarian, Albanian, Russian, German, or French) is a significant advantage.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills with a consultative selling approach.
Discipline: Goal-oriented and persistent work ethic focused on producing results.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to flexible working hours to accommodate international time zones.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous background in health tourism, dental, or aesthetic clinics.
Experience in treatment/procedure costing, package, and transfer organization.
Ability to optimize pipelines and perform detailed reporting within a CRM.
Sales training or professional certifications.
