Job Title: Accounting & Finance Supervisor

Location: Bergama / Aliağa / Dikili / Çandarlı Region (İzmir)

About Us

We are looking for a hands-on Accounting & Finance Supervisor to join our team in the northern region of İzmir (Bergama, Aliağa, Dikili, or Çandarlı). In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day pre-accounting operations while coordinating financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Operations: Perform and supervise day-to-day pre-accounting (ön muhasebe) duties, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bank tracking, and general ledger entries.

• English Reporting: Prepare routine financial status reports, cash flow summaries, and analysis in English, presenting them directly to management. High proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

• Financial Coordination: Assist in monitoring cash flows, budgets, and financial tracking. While focusing on operational accounting tasks, you will actively support overall financial coordination and control.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Accounting/Finance Specialist or Supervisor.

• Fluent in English: Must be able to speak fluently and handle all routine financial reporting in English.

• Strong hands-on expertise in local pre-accounting procedures and financial software.

• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented analytical mindset.

• Residing or willing to reside in the Aliağa, Bergama, Dikili, or Çandarlı region.
