W Istanbul is looking for "Night Manager"!
- University degree in Tourism and Hotel Management
- Experienced in 5 star international chain hotels
- Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong command of Turkish & English in both
- Computer skills and knowledge of computer programs, including a strong proficiency of MS Word, Excel, Opera
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous
- Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up
- Good team player, working well with other departments and coworkers
- Ability to promote positive relationship with all guests
- Ability to work at night shift
- Good problem solving skills
- Leadership skills
İŞ TANIMI
Night Manager;
- Ensure all reports are prepared correctly and distributed in a timely manner.
- Address guest complaints, problems and/or requests creatively and pro-actively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that all matters are resolved or addressed with the proper department heads and initiate timely follow-up and hand-over with the concerned departments if the complaint could not be resolved.
- Investigate all service and safety issues reported during the shift to find their cause, and give recommendations and initiate actions based on the hotel’s safety & security policies and procedures.
- Supervise and take necessary corrective actions on behalf of Department Head in the areas of B&F, Kitchen, Style(Housekeeping), Welcome(Front Office), Security and Engineering
- Prepare a detailed report based on undistributed issues during the night operations for Welcome Office Manager.
