Reservation Agent

We are seeking a dedicated Reservation Agent to join our team in the Tourism / Travel Agency.  This role involves managing and coordinating reservations, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.  You will work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential.

• University graduate, preferably from relevant departments.
• At least 1 year, up to 3 years of experience in a Reservation Agent position.
• Proficiency in English (Good).
• Ability to work on-site.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and software is a plus.

• Manage and coordinate reservations efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and client interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns.
