QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

No experience is necessary. We offer a unique training opportunity that teaches about transportation, logistics, and brokerage - to grow the right candidate into a valuable and successful team member. We are looking for motivated people seeking a career in Sales that can adapt to changes, be a team player, learn quickly and be an instant contributor to the success of the company and client. Computer skills and communication skills are the driving factors for the job requirements.


This role is a salaried position with the possibility of earning additional commission based on performance. There will be plenty of room for advancement along our internal career ladder - and such promotions can happen quickly! Outstanding performers can find themselves moving two or three levels up the ladder in months, not years!



What you will be doing:


You will be a high-volume outbound call dialer.


  • Communicating with clients via Phone/email/chat to understand their shipping needs and requirements
  • Perform sales calls to contact new customers to represent and promote the company's services and benefits
  • Building strong relationships with Customers and coordinating schedules and price
  • Follow up with customer database using our CRM System and close deals
  • Drive the balance between Customer needs & Company priorities and generate results accordingly


Qualifications:


  • FLUENT in English both speaking and writing
  • Ability to work remotely and availability within the US EST time zone
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, active, customer-driven,result-oriented
  • Confident in individual performance
  • Strong building and negotiation skills are essential
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of basic programs
  • Spanish is a plus
