QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or customer management activities,
• Experience in industrial products sales; preferably in electric motors, gearboxes, geared motors, or power transmission systems,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and relationship management skills,
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team,
• Residing in Ankara or willing to relocate,
• No restrictions on domestic travel,
• Holder of a valid Class B driving license and active driver.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct sales and business development activities for electric motors, gearboxes, and geared motor product groups within the assigned region,
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new customers,
• Analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions aligned with customer needs,
• Prepare and follow up technical and commercial quotations,
• Carry out regular customer visits including OEMs, distributors, machine manufacturers, and end users,
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations to identify new business opportunities,
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective order management and customer satisfaction,
• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports,
• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and other customer events when required.
