QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for the development sales channel, including OEMs, Dealers, Systems Integrators, Panel Builders,
  • Responsible for target achievement meeting with margin, collection period and expense which is agreed with the management,
  • Giving effort to keep the whole sales team high motivated who are located in different areas of the Country,
  • Responsible to develop the after sales structure.
  • To build and manage the Sales Team and Brand market positioning.


Representative Activities

  • Actively promoting the sales by visiting/contacting customers (new and existing ones);
  • Providing commercial/technical support directly to the customers/partners and the respective follow up (supported by the Team);
  • Manage the Sales Team and supportive management to logistic/administrative team;
  • Preparing budgets, estimated potential and results per customer.
  • Prepare presentations and assist with marketing material to promote WEG range of Products to customers and Digital Medias, trade shows/Events;
  • Interacting with WEG´s teams worldwide aiming at coordinating the sales activities and the Market Development;
  • Participating in the Company routines (Commercial/administrative/marketing/after sales, etc), controlling Goals, KPIs, contracts and Policies.
  • Maintain an updated customer data base for CRM initiatives.
  • Works with other business developers to optimize market segment opportunities.
  • Establish and build strong client relationships over time that allow for continuity and ongoing representation reinforced by sales support/delivery programs, and communications to other relevant organizational functions/divisions.


General Charecteristics

  • Necessary strong communication, compromise and creativity,
  • Guiding technical knowledge about Electrical Installation Products,
  • Commercial and Technical knowledge about drives, LV products,
  • Min. 5 years’ experience of promoting and sales to electrical dealers, project offices, contractors, panel builders, OEMs and system integrators,

5 - 16 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
