Export Manager (International Sales)

For our business partner operating in the automotive glass and industrial glass sector, we are seeking an experienced  Export Manager (International Sales) who will lead end-to-end export, operations, and quality processes with a strong strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage departmental activities in line with company policies and strategies
• Monitor and analyze process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage quality management system processes, including documentation and audit coordination
• Prepare project plans in line with strategic objectives, track KPIs, and report to top management
• Lead the team, assign responsibilities, and support employee development
• Conduct risk, opportunity, and SWOT analyses and develop action plans accordingly
• Manage supplier selection and evaluation processes
• Drive operational efficiency through layout planning and process improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement international marketing and sales strategies
• Acquire new customers and manage existing customer relationships
• Manage pricing, quotation, order, and feasibility processes
• Coordinate production planning and shipment processes in line with orders
• Manage customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction processes
• Monitor receivables and control sales-related financial processes
• Manage customer communication in crisis and unexpected situations and implement action plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in export and foreign trade, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with strong leadership capabilities
• Results-driven and proactive mindset
• Willing and able to reside in Denizli
• No restrictions for international travel
• Knowledge of international logistics, customs regulations, foreign exchange regulations, and export delivery processes
