WEICON develops, produces and sells specialty chemical products for all areas of industry – adhesives and sealants, technical sprays, high-performance assembly pastes and greases – as well as high-quality stripping tools, 100% made in Germany. From our headquarters in Münster, Germany, we work internationally with eleven subsidiaries, more than 1,200 trading partners and over 400 employees. Your responsibilities

• Run and monitor the local IT infrastructure –servers, clients, network, firewalls and backup
• Be the first point of contact for IT: 1st- and 2nd-level support for colleagues in Türkiye
•  Set up, roll out and maintain clients, hardware and peripherals
•  Support users with our ERP system (abas ERP) andMicrosoft 365
•  Implement group-wide IT standards, security policies and device management (Microsoft Intune) locally
•  Drive IT projects together with the IT team in Münster
•   Manage local IT service providers and suppliers
•  Document systems, processes and solutions in our ticket system

Your profile 

•    Degree or vocational training in computer science – or comparable professional experience
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V and network technologies
• Strong hands-on experience with PC hardware, Windows and Microsoft Office
•  Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and the initiative to take ownership
•   Fluent Turkish and very good English, written and spoken – you will work with our IT team in Germany every day
• Willingness to travel occasionally, e.g. to Münster

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Intune
• Experience with ERP systems and firewalls
