Export Sales & Operations Supervisor

At wienerberger Türkiye, we are looking for anExport Sales & Operations Supervisor to support our international growth journey and strengthen our export sales, dealer network, and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong business mindset who can combine export sales, market development, distributor management, and end-to-end export operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Planning, establishing, and managing international customer and dealer distribution networks in line with the company’s global growth strategy
• Coordinating the full export operation cycle, from receiving customer orders to ensuring on-time delivery
• Strengthening existing distributor and dealer relationships, monitoring performance, and supporting the achievement of sales targets
• Conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and carrying out active sales and business development activities
• Managing customs, freight forwarders, international logistics, documentation, letters of credit, and relevant government agency processes in line with company policies and legal requirements
• Representing the company at international trade fairs, B2B meetings, and customer visits
• Preparing and presenting periodic reports to senior management on export operations, market developments, and sales performance
Qualifications & Skills
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in export sales, export operations, and international market development
• Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, international shipping, letters of credit, and export documentation processes
• Advanced written and spoken English, with the ability to manage international customer communication and contract processes
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and representation skills
• Experience in dealer network management and establishing international distribution channels
• A proactive mindset, leadership potential, strong ownership, and the ability to encourage teamwork
• Residence on the Asian side of Istanbul
• Preferably, experience in plastics, piping, construction materials, or industrial manufacturing sectors
