We welcome applications from candidates with the following qualifications to be employed as a Sales Managers  for our five-star hotels in İstanbul Bayrampaşa.

Qualifications for this role include;

The role requires prior management experience, the ability to motivate a team and quickly solve sales related issues and provide solutions to clients’ needs.

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Direct selling experience within the Hotel industry,
• Ability to work with and lead sales team to accomplish sales goals, managing, motivating and developing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
• Is proficient in operating Opera,
• Fluency in both spoken and written English,
• No domestic and international travel restrictions,
• Three years of working as a sales manager in a fast-paced luxury hotel,
• The ability to effectively convert customer inquiries into sales.
• The ability to find new clients and develop existing potential in line with the hotel's pricing strategy.

• Strong selling/closing skills, strong communication and networking skills, and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
