Quality Control & Assurance Manager

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a Quality Control and Quality Assurance Manager for our business partner operating in the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the end-to-end quality assurance system from supplier to customer
- Design and structure incoming, in-process, and final quality frameworks holistically
- Implement risk-based quality methodologies (FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, etc.)
- Lead systematic root cause investigations and drive the implementation of sustainable corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues.
- Ensure effective implementation and continuous operation of ISO 9001 and relevant quality management systems
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including those by customers, suppliers, and certification bodies
- Manage calibration processes for measurement and testing equipment
- Exercise the authority to halt production and initiate corrective actions in case of quality deviations
- Oversee first production approval processes (First Article / PPAP or similar workflows)
- Manage segregation and quarantine procedures for non-conforming products
- Monitor and report daily quality KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from engineering departments
- 10+ years of experience
- Advanced level in English
- Analytical thinking skills and result-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
