JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing all processes for assigned customers end-to-end,

• Conducting written and verbal customer correspondence and tracking orders. • Order processes; • Tracking order creation, planning, production, control and shipment stages,

• Coordinating with relevant departments in line with customer requests,

• Ensuring that cost, planning, supply and production processes are carried out in accordance with customer requests,

• Following up on sample studies in accordance with customer requests,

• Preparing all necessary tables, reports and documentation,

• Taking preventive actions against possible risks and deviations and reporting them to management,

• Managing customer relationships and establishing long-term and sustainable collaborations.
