QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Logistics Analyst

 We are looking for an “Senior Logistics Analyst ” to be member of our new Logistics Hub Organization based in Kurtkoy Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities:

 Creating Power BIS reports by using SQL sources to better monitor daily logistics flows, enabling more proactive operative work and customer service levels

• Oversee operational performance of the 3PL with effective KPI’s by creating reports
• Improving delivery schedule visibility to the entire supply chain and customers and automatizing all bookings and booking consolidations
• SAP Key User for Hub organization - supporting also other departments and 3PL
• Provides coaching for SAP users including 3PL
• Supporting order-to-delivery SAP process development
• Generate and execute cycle and safety stock plans for the assigned product or location, using the approved supply plan inputs

• Manages re-occurrence Cycle Counting process for the HUB
• Develop and implement process for inventory cleaning using SAP movement types in agreement with financial & controlling rules
• Having SAP Key user role of the Hub

• Create & Maintain work instructions/standards
• Key player in System & Warehouse implementations
• Ability to perform structured root cause analysis of the system SAP (Deep diving and problem solving)

Qualifications:

 Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments (industrial engineering, business management etc.)

• Has an excellent command of written and spoken English
• Has 3-4 years of previous experience in logistics, warehousing, material planning
• Good command of MS Office programs
• Advance SAP WMS & MM knowledge
• Advance Power BI knowledge
