We are looking for Costing & Pricing Team Leader for our office in Nilüfer, Bursa.

What You’ll Do

• Disciplinary and functional responsibility for C&P
• Distributing the overview of open PR lists belongs to customer projects and manage the priority of releases
• Spread the workload within the team, organizing and participating weekly team meetings
• Using appropriate methods and interpersonal styles to develop, motivate and guide the team to attain successful outcomes and business objectives
• Doing the work part of the personnel in the department. Ensure the coordination and realization of all issues within the scope of the task
• Taking of incentive measures to control and increase their efficiency
• Planning and managing the annual budget of the department, including cost optimization
• Having the responsibility to monitor and implement corrective measures for key performance indicators of the department
• Monitoring all payment applications and systems for efficiency and cost control
• Providing C&P targets in accordance with the budget period
• Planning employee in accordance with the budget and managing improvement projects
• Determining and following up the objectives related to the department
• To report the company's C&P performance to the top management monthly

Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

• Engineering or Business Administration combined with technical background or skills, or equivalent Master or Bachelor Degree as a commercial / economical fields
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Male candidates should have completed military service
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
