Sales and Marketing Manager

YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese greenfield investment, currently operational. The company is active in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center with 300 employees. We are seeking a results-drivenSales and Marketing Manager to take full accountability for our domestic commercial strategies, business development, and local market expansion.

Job Description:

• Define, implement, and govern the company’s comprehensive domestic sales and marketing strategies to maximize local market share and profitability.

• Hold full responsibility for the domestic sales department’s annual budgets, pricing models, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Drive local business development by identifying new strategic partnerships, domestic industrial clients, and local distribution channels.

• Overlook high-value local contract negotiations and commercial disputes, ensuring corporate financial boundaries are secured.

• Represent the company at domestic exhibitions, executive industry meetings, and local commercial platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 10–15 years of successful B2B commercial experience in the steel, stainless steel sector, with managerial position.

• Proven track record in managing domestic commercial operations, handling budget portfolios, and leading multi-tiered sales teams.

• Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and commercial decision-making capabilities.

• Fluency in English (business negotiation level).

• Willingness to travel domestically as required by commercial operations.

• Completed military service for male candidates.
