Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled "Budget and Reporting Specialist" to join our team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or relevant Engineering fields,
• 3-5 years of experience in budgeting and financial reporting,
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in MS Office and preferably in budgeting/ERP tools,
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and cost analysis,
• Familiarity with local (VUK) and international (IFRS) reporting standards,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail,
• Team-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Description:

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, revised budgets, and medium/long-term financial plans,
• Analyze monthly actual vs. budgeted income and expenses and prepare variance reports,
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management,
• Consolidate financial data of group companies and generate combined reports,
• Support the preparation of activity reports and management presentations,
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal audit procedures, and internal control systems,
• Prepare VUK and IFRS-compliant management reports by consolidating group financial statements,
• Conduct cost structure, liabilities, and foreign currency-based balance sheet analysis.
