Through our REAP factory in Tuzla, we are expanding our capabilities in energy storage production and strengthening our vertical integration from EPC to BESS manufacturing.

At present, we are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Specialist to join our team in İstanbul. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or related Engineering fields 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical procurement 

• Experience in export, logistic operation and warehuose processes 

• Analytical skills attention to details and excellent time management skills, 

• Excellent team management skills 

• Ability to multi-task in a complex and demanding environment, 

• Fluency in written and spoken English 

• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Canias ERP is a plus. 

• Excellent MS Office skills 

Job Description: 

• Supporting the definition of commercial terms for purchases and conducting commercial and technical negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement

• Monitoring supplier performance through periodic reports and coordinating with suppliers to address commercial and operational issues

• Preparing purchasing price analyses, comparing supplier quotations, and reporting findings to support procurement decisions

• Researching and identifying alternative domestic and international suppliers to support supply continuity and mitigate procurement risks 

• Preparing and following up on supplier quotations and purchase orders, checking their accuracy and compliance with requirements, and submitting them for approval in line with internal procedures 

• Reviewing purchase requests received through the demand system, clarifying requirements with relevant departments, and coordinating the resolution of incomplete or problematic requests 

• Tracking order delivery dates, following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, and escalating potential delays or critical supply issues to the relevant stakeholders
