Through our REAPG factory in Tuzla, we are expanding our capabilities in energy storage production and strengthening our vertical integration from EPC to BESS manufacturing.

At present, we are seeking a highly skilled “Purhcasing Specialist, Reap” to join our team in Tuzla, İstanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or procurement processes
• Excellent level of English proficiency
• Knowledge of supplier management, procurement processes, and purchasing documentation
• Hands-on experience in procurement contract management 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational processes simultaneously.
• Experience in the energy, manufacturing, machinery/equipment, or industrial production sectors is a plus.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for REAP’s factory, production, testing, quality, maintenance, and operational needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers in line with cost, quality, delivery, and technical requirements.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations, conduct price negotiations, and support cost optimization and localization initiatives.
• Prepare purchase orders, follow approval processes, and ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services in line with production plans.
• Follow up procurement contracts, payment terms, delivery conditions, warranty terms, and supplier performance in coordination with relevant teams.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Track CAPEX and OPEX procurement activities, support budget compliance, and prepare regular procurement reports.
• Ensure accurate use of ERP systems by creating, updating, and monitoring purchase requests, purchase orders, supplier records, and related documentation.
• Monitor market trends, supplier risks, lead times, and alternative sourcing opportunities to support sustainable and competitive procurement.
• Maintain complete and accurate procurement files, including quotations, approvals, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier correspondence.
