We are currently seeking a "Sr. Panel Design & Production Engineer" to join our Industrial Automation unit, who is experienced in managing low-voltage panel manufacturing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in low-voltage panel design and production processes (PLC, MCC, DCS, SCADA panels, etc.)
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in high-voltage protection and control panel design (secondary design)
- Good knowledge of panel design standards (IEC, EN, UL, etc.) and electrical regulations
- Proficiency in panel design tools such as EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar
- Ability to prepare and interpret electrical drawings (single-line diagrams, layout, wiring diagrams)
- Experience in panel production, assembly, and testing (FAT) processes
- Familiarity with BOM preparation and material selection
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good level of English
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset
- No restriction for domestic and international travel
Job Description
- Preparation of panel designs in line with project requirements
- Support design approval processes and technical documentation
- Follow up on panel production, assembly, and testing processes
- Prepare and maintain technical drawings, documentation, and BOM lists
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams
- Monitor compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and project specifications
- Support project timelines by tracking assigned tasks and deliverables
- Assist in identifying risks and proposing technical solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design and production processes
