For our growing organization, we are looking for an ‘Internal Auditor’ to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields from a reputable university,
• Minimum experience of 3 years in auditing or audit/risk/controlling consulting,
• Turkish and English, both written & spoken, are the working languages, (Russian, Spanish or Portuguese as a second language is preferred), 
• Deep knowledge of auditing standards and best practices,
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
• Outstanding problem solving and analytic capabilities, 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

Working under the Group’s Audit Department;

• Conduct audit projects based on the audit plan,
• Follow up the timely closure of agreed action plans,
• Identifying and working on the areas in need of improvements and monitoring the effect,
• To understand the responsibilities and risks faced by an organization,
• Testing the compliance of existing internal controls and evaluation of existing controls, policies & procedures for improvement,
• Preparing and distributing draft reports to the executive management; and completing audit work papers and memoranda by documenting audit tests and findings.
