For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘Lawyer (Project Finance)’ to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.
 
What are we looking for in Lawyers? 

• Law degree from a reputable law school with a strong academic record,
• Experience on Project Finance is required,
• Experience on commercial law, contracts, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiations are an asset,
• Minimum 4-7 years experience,
• Detail oriented, team player,
• Analytical thinking skills,
• Previous law firm experience is an asset,
• Fluency in English,
• Strong communication skills,
• Strong planning and organization skills.

Job Description:

Specifically, you will be: 

• Experience in Banking and Finance and Project Finance transactions.
• Providing guidance and advice on drafting, negotiation and closing of LMA contracts, security documents, finance documents and other related documentation.
• Providing the necessary coordination with other departments and outsourced lawyers/law firms in context of the above.
