For our growing organization, we are looking for a "Social Media Marketing Specialist"  to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office. 

Our new social media marketing specialist will be part of our growing digital marketing team and will manage our social media accounts with related third-party agencies and service providers, create long-term communication plans and manage daily information flow to help us have better presence and visibility on digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keeping up-to-date with relevant developments,
• Developing a comprehensive communication plan according to group strategies and the related social media channels,
• Setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content,
• Managing performance of company accounts and generating effective paid-media campaigns,
• Editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, video or HTML),
• Directing social media communication budget, evaluating and improving campaign results,
• Following benchmarks, trends, and new technologies to keep content plans up-to-the-future,
• Moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community,
• Introducing new content and format ideas, utilizing tags and locations to improve interaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, new media, or journalism,
• At least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management or digital content production, preferably both within a holding company and a digital agency,
• High level of marketing, communications, media knowledge, familiarity with key organizations, agencies and creative talent,
• Practical experience with social media channels and digital marketing platforms, familiarity with most recent apps and platforms,
• Demonstrated experience in performance marketing and media budget optimization,
• Creativity to develop communication subjects, themes and long-term collaboration ideas,
• Experience in working with design teams, and capability to evaluate visual content and design,
• Excellent use of English and Turkish. Ability to write, edit and proof-read content copies,
• Excellent planning skills, ability to create comprehensive content plans,
• Social skills to work in cooperation both with internal and external stakeholders.
