Now we are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Specialist who would like to be a part of this great team!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or closely related fields,
• Preferably have minimum 3-4 years of experience,
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must
• Professional knowledge of ERP Programs (preferably SAP FI/CO),
• Professional knowledge of MS Applications (Especially Excel),
• Strong financial analysis knowledge,
• A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description,
• Strong analytical capability, detail oriented, prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with strong problem solving and negotiation skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Actively contribute to the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning for Türkiye Region port operations
• Perform monthly actual vs. budget vs. forecast variance analyses and interpret results from both financial and operational perspectives
• Prepare port-level profitability, cost, efficiency, CAPEX–OPEX, and cash flow analyses
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for performance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Work closely with operations teams to analyse the operational drivers behind financial results and produce decision-support insights
• Support the effective execution of annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles; conduct weekly and monthly budget monitoring and actual analyses
• Contribute to monthly financial closing activities, including cost accounting, budget control, and management reporting
• Support the preparation of financial statements, including Income Statement and Balance Sheet analyses
• Prepare cash flow budgets and monitor actual cash flow performance against plan
• Produce management reports, executive summaries, and decision-oriented presentations for senior management
• Contribute to the establishment, development, and continuous improvement of budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting systems
• Ensure effective use of SAP / Hyperion / Excel-based reporting and analysis tools
• Take an active role in ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects as required
• Stay up to date with accounting standards and financial reporting regulations and reflect relevant changes in analyses and reports
