Qualifications
- Turkish or international English teacher
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an English Teacher
- Proficiency in English
- A2-B1 proficiency in German is considered an advantage
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (online and face to face)
- Availability for full-time or part-time employment
- Strong knowledge of educational technology and digital learning platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students of different age groups and proficiency levels
- Experience in developing creative, interactive, and learner-centered lessons
- Ability to assess, monitor, and support student progress effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality English language instruction using innovative and effective teaching methodologies
- Design, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students' individual learning needs
- Utilize educational technologies and digital resources to enhance the learning experience
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
- Monitor, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on students' academic progress
- Develop personalized learning strategies to maximize student achievement
- Stay up to date with current trends, methodologies, and best practices in English language teaching
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic progress and learning objectives
- Organize language-focused activities, workshops, and projects that encourage practical language use
- Prepare and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate language proficiency
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high academic standards and contribute to curriculum development
- Continuously integrate emerging educational technologies into teaching practices
