Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced * B2B to sales and operations to join our team. In this role, you will actively contribute to both operational processes and sales activities, playing a key role in managing customer relationships and optimizing workflows. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a strong engineering background to effectively support technical and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, report, and improve daily operational processes to ensure efficiency.

- Support the company's sales strategies by building strong customer relationships and analyzing their needs.

- Provide technical consulting to customers, offering solutions related to aluminum raw materials and products. - Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to optimize processes and workflows.

- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements.

- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to ensure smooth sales and operational processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering). Candidates with degrees in business-related fields (e.g., Commerce, Trade) are also welcome to apply, but engineering backgrounds are considered highly favorable.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or operational processes.

- Strong technical knowledge and analytical thinking skills.

- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

- Applicants residing in Istanbul’s *Asian side* will be given priority.
