QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Lawyer” to join Zorlu Holding Legal Department.
Lawyer will be specialized in Energy sector and will carry out the following responsibilities:

 Job Description
  • To follow up and manage all litigation, dispute resolutions, and settlement negotiations directly or with outside counsel/law firms.
  • To review and evaluate commercial agreements, to join the contract negotiations
  • To provide consultancy for variety of commercial issues that might bear legal consequences, assess legal risks, address issues mainly related to corporate law, employment law and energy law.
  • To follow up the new laws, regulations related to company’s major activities and to submit legal consultancy to the directors, managers and the other personnel in order to implement laws, regulations and by-laws.
  • To represent company as an attorney at law before the Courts, governmental organizations, private institutions and individuals.
  • To coordinate and cooperate with external law firms.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable Universities, Admitted to bar in Turkey, LLM is prefrable
  • At least 4 years’ experience as a Lawyer either in house or private practice, energy law experience would be a plus.
  • Had worked on Labor Law, Corporate Law and Litigation,
  • Military service completion is a must for male candidates
  • Fluency in spoken and written English,
  • Excellent command of MS Office application,
  • Strong follow-up on multi tasks,
  • Proactive, driver, teamwork oriented,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,

Completed, Exempt
