Your Responsibilities

/ To Drive & execute Global & Regional Road Map aligning with OM & VHQ

/ Setting and executing department strategies towards CL True North and CLS Targets

/ Steering Resource and Capacity topics of CLS and strengthen them up with Competence Management

/ Drive the process improvement topics and support for realization

/ To ensure the realization of PLM2.0 CAD Sturcture and implementation of Product Structure for all Product Projects in CLS, steer the Efficiency & Budget (OH & invest) coordination for CLS

Your Profiles

/ Bachelors or master degree, in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial etc..)

/ Minimum 4 years working experience is preferred

/ Fluent English is a must, German is an asset, knowledge of MS Office

/ Inspire team for success and coaching, open-minded for new ideas & challenges, self-motivated, analytical minded & excellent in communication

/ Making effective analysis and Driving for results by setting high and strategical goals for personal and group accomplishments
