QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Canyon Ranch is developing our first resort outside the United States in Mugla Province, Turkey. The resort has 141 guest rooms and 150 privately owned villas. The resort will also include a 58,000 square foot spa, 34 spa treatment rooms and a health & healing department. Guest experiences will include extensive fitness, spa, nutritional, behavioral and light medical services for guests adopting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
We currently have an opportunity for a Kitchen Commis.
İŞ TANIMI
- Knowledge of techniques and equipment for preparing and presenting kitchen department products for consumption, including storage/ handling techniques and equipment
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Minimum 2 years work experience as commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards, preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
