• Minimum University degree
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• 2 years experience in leadership and coaching
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Team player and desire for a flexible working style

• High motivation, strong in human relations
• Attention to detail, careful and regular working principles
• Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity
• Military service should be completed for male canditates
