We are looking for a Lawyer with the following qualifications to work at Demirören Media.

Main Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate and review all kind of agreements and relevant documents regarding the Company in media and telecommunication sectors especially digital, advertising sales, agency agreements, marketing, service, telecommunication agreements, and other commercial contracts,
• Work closely with Company’s unites enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing efficient legal affairs processes and systems to give accurate and timely counsel to business in a variety of legal topics regarding their daily need,
• Ensure that terms and policies (cookies, privacy and terms and conditions) are maintained up to date in accordance with local data protection regulation; ensure the company business are in line with the relevant rules and regulations,
• Make necessary applications (if needed) and on behalf of the Company and its affiliates before the related governmental authorities.

Basic Qualifications required for this position are as follows:

• A law degree from a reputable university, (L.L.M would be an asset),
• This role would suit someone with 4-7 PQE in corporate and contract law, however you are also welcome to demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfil the role,
• Proficiency in English,
• Experience working in the legal department of a large organization will be treated as advantage,
• Negotiation skills and ability to handle dealings,
• Able to communicate in multi-cultural business environment,
• Have decision making, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills,
• Male candidates shall have no military liabilities.
