Global Integration Bilingual Translator

edelkrone is the World’s leading and most innovative company in the filmmaking industry focused on providing its customers with unmatched filmmaking solutions. edelkrone is seeking a full-time Translator who is bilingual in English (American English preferred) and Turkish. As a Global Integration Translator, you will use your proficiency in both languages to translate online company reference materials daily to optimize global integration among edelkrone staff located in multiple locations including Turkey, Europe, and the United States. You will work as a full-time employee at the edelkrone Global Headquarters in Ankara, Turkiye.

Essential Functions include the following. Other functions may later be assigned to meet business needs. 

 

Essential Functions:

• Provide written translation of online company reference materials for companywide use. These materials may include, but not limited to: employee guidelines, corporate policies, project presentations, job applications, and department or employee specific reports.

• Compose and track internal correspondence and other communications through means of proprietary software tools.

• Create and maintain an online company journal to keep staff up-to-date on corporate daily news.

• Help translate website content from English to Turkish and vice versa. 
  
  edelkrone may require candidates to take an online English/Turkish proficiency test, or ask for a previously completed non-confidential translation sample. All candidates are required to submit a cover letter with its translation.
