QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrics & Electronics Engineering or related majors,
• Experienced in IT hardware (computer, printer, monitor, etc.) and software (antivirus, EMS, etc.),
• Experienced in the installation and management of Microsoft Windows operating systems and office applications,
• Experienced in end user Support and ability to produce solutions to hardware and software problems,
• Basic knowledge about network structures (switch, access point, etc.) and of structured cabling issues,
• Knowledge in IP Telephony systems,
• Experience with backup applications is preferred,
• Min. 2 years of experience in user support services,
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must,
• Strong communication and planning skills,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic,
