For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Quality Dimensional Metrology Specialistfor our Manisa plant.

Your Tasks:

• Ensures the Quality of parts conforms with the respective standards.
• Responsibility for product validation of parts (components, assemblies, finished products or merchandise) for new products and changes in the series process.
• Support of process and product release activities regarding sampling.
  
• Execution of measurements (e.g., with CMM):

1. CMP (capability of measurement process)
2. MCA (machine capability studies)
3. KFU (short term capability studies)
4. First/last piece off parts
5. Special measurements
6. Gauge lab
7. Calibration

• Support of development and establishment of robust measurement processes for the sustainable improvement of the quality KPI (PPM).
• Maintenance of measurement equipment
• Support in planning and selection of the required resources (personnel and measurement technology) as well as coordination with the departments concerned in the plants.
• Participation in the further development/improvement of measurement technology. Recognizing future trends and evaluating the benefits for the company.

Requirements: 

• 3-5  years of relevant business experience necessary.
• Technical education background 
• Sound knowledge in understanding specification sheets, customer, requirements, technical drawings, measuring (e.g.: 3D, Accuracy of measurement equipment (e.g.: VDA 5, MSA)), GPS (Geometrical product specifications) and Aukom 1 + 2
• Knowledge in measurement and testing methodology and equipment
• Knowledge to programming/operating measurement equipment
• Knowledge of the TDM MPO application
• Knowledge in problem solving (Corrective and preventive action, 8D, A3 Report, Ishikawa, 5 Why, …)
• Knowledge in Quality methods (Control Plan, Inspection Plan, …)
• Knowledge of production sites/organization
• Experience in analysis of KPIs and trends
• Local Language, English independent usage
• IT skills such as SAP, Office, BIC, CAQ
• Team player and good collaborator 
• Well developed communication skills 
• Attention to detail and precision
