QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate and talented Product Training&Marketing Responsible who will be part of our Marketing Team.

Qualifications

  • University degree in related fields, preferably Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing Field or Biology
  • 1-2 years of working experience in the area of clinical specialization 
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Self-motivated and used to work under pressure and positive attitude with a high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability, team player
  • Willingness to learning and self-development
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills as a relationship builder (internal and external)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrates high impact presentation skills that enhance understanding


    Responsibilities

  • Training both internal and external customers on clinical applications and the products after-sales process  
  • Conducting marketing activities with the relevant Product Manager
  • Ensures training needs are identified for all customers and plans/organizes and prepare all documents, follow-up and develop processes 
  • Contributing to the preparation of marketing plans for products
  • Ensuring the organization of congresses and seminars planned for the product group and taking relevant actions
  • Having product knowledge, market knowledge and competitor product/company knowledge about all products under his/her responsibility
  • Preparing all printed materials to be used for information, training and promotional purposes for the product group and to follow the relevant process
  • Visiting the units with other units, if necessary, regarding the products
  • Providing relations with FME Germany regarding the product group
  • Preparing all kinds of reports about the products and the activities carried out and to share them with the relevant people.
