We're looking for a Pro-Active Accounting Manager to join our energetic & enthusiastic Pre-Opening team at Holiday Inn Kayseri - Düvenönü with the latest Open Lobby Concept design as being the first IHG property in the region. The Hotel will have specially designed 160 rooms surronded with latest technologies together with MICE and Leisure facilities.
You'll report directly to the General Manager and supervise the Accounting team and assist the Purchasing team. Maintaining Company Brand Standards, performing Analysis for your hotel and the planning, development and implementation of promotional strategies and marketing plans will be key parts of your role. You'll be providing expertise and direction of all aspects of the Accounting & Finance activities in line with the overall business & budget strategy. You will direct the financial operations of the hotel to ensure the financial state of the hotel and make recommendations to improve hotel profitability as well as strategies to help develop the business. Your main role is to provide General Manager with timely financial analysis for effective decision-making. Prepare all statutory and management requirements of Holiday Inn. Serve as primary contact for all hotel financial and accounting related issues with auditors (internal and external), regulatory & local authorities.

İŞ TANIMI
Ideally, you'll have;- University degree and minimum 3 years management experiences in leading Hotel Accounting & Finance in Corporate with revenue orientation (preffered to have pre-opening experience in setting up the entire department)
- Excellent communications skills, written & oral proficiency in English and presentation skills
- Actively involved in business development together with target-based performance
- Knowledge of the local & surronding markets
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Knowledge of Budgeting, P&L, and preparing reports & presentations
- Computer literate in Material Control, Logo, Opera, Sales & Catering as well as Microsoft Windows applications and relevant computer applications
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Train & Motivate the Accounting Team to reach the maximum level of perfomance based achievements
- You need to be residing in Kayseri or can move to Kayseri easily
- Travelling maybe required for meeting purposes
