Our customer is a world class manufacturer of industrial and automotive products. It is a global manufacturer in the world and its known as its technology and innovative solutions.

We are looking for an "Account Manager - (Sales)" to be employed in their Bursa Plant.
 
The Account Manager, reports to Sales Director and part of the sales team in Germany, will be responsible for increasing existing business within current clients and to search for new prospective applications for its products with current and new customers in Turkey. 

• University degree in mechanical, industrial or relevant engineering departments, (MBA is a plus)
• Over 5 years of sales account management experience in the automotive industry
• Excellent command of English (German is a plus)
• Good knowledge of MS Office Programs and Microsoft CRM is desirable
• Ability to work effectively and meet objectives without detailed day-to-day direction
• Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously,
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

• Generate new and maintain current business consistent with company objectives
• Work with customer engineering groups to interface with design/process engineering
• Communicates client needs and demands internally in the company
• Develop and implement strategic account plans that are consistent with corporate/divisional objectives
• Supports development & implementation of global customer strategies, product strategies and market segmentation strategies
• Enhance organizations image throughout customer organizations
• Effective communication and coordination with all the organizations functions
