Senior IT WMS Analyst

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst or a similar position,
• University degree in MIS, Computer, Industrial Engineering or other related Engineering fields,
• Fluent command of written and spoken English,
• Experience in operational support or consultancy of complex Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain knowledge and working experience is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of SQL query languages, good knowledge in the areas of application programming, database management and system design,
• Knowledge in software development life cycle, DevOps and agile principles,
• Demonstrated project management skills (experience of methodologies such as PMI or equivalent), able to plan, prioritize requests and meet deadlines,
• Strong analytical thinking abilities and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual, attention to detail and accuracy,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Proactive attitude, interested in new technologies.

İŞ TANIMI

Our new colleague will be working in Koton Gebze Distribution Center, will be a part of Koton IT team. He/she will be responsible for following functions:

• Work closely with WMS software provider and Warehouse Logistic team to identify the right solution for business requirements,
• Ensure WMS applications are well supported, SLA’s and operational objectives are met by software provider,
• Support business units while using WMS for daily operations, identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems,
• Gather, document and analyze business requirements,
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing process (UAT), publish new developments, train and support business units,
• Assist Head Quarter IT team and other business units by providing WMS operational, functional knowhow and assist with requirement analysis process,
• Negotiate with Koton teams, to define project scope, time and quality (triple constraint) requirements, and ensure project is in line with these constraints,
• Facilitate discussions with software provider and business units to define user stories, help to remove roadblocks through project lifecycle,
• Responsible for company and department KPI’s, deploy services to reach company objectives,
• Manage WMS project roll- out, new technology implementations in Warehouse and performance measurement projects,
• Create strong working relationships within IT and Logistic teams,
• Provides guidance to less experienced colleagues as required.
