We are looking for a “Business Analyst” to join our team.

• University degree
• Excellent knowledge of  English
• Project Management experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medium to large scale projects
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Finance related industry is preferred
• Proven track record of business analysis on ICT and non-ICT projects
• Knowledge in PMI (Project Management Institute) project methodology
• Running workshops and 1 to 1 interviews to obtain requirements
• Process Modelling and use of such tools is desirable
• Ability to work as part of a team; team leadership experience is desirable
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Scrum master certificate is preferred

• Good MS Office skills including MS Project
• Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
• Ability to map processes to several levels of decomposition
• Ability to brief system designers and developers
• Time management
• Self starter with lots of initiative and enthusiasm
• Presentation skills using Powerpoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills in a personable and professional manner
• Effectively deal with work related problems, pressure and stress in a professional and positive manner
