QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is for Magna Seating Gölcük Plant, a division of Magna Seating.
Magna Seating is an innovative leader in the development and manufacture of high quality complete seating systems, seat structure and mechanism solutions as well as foam & trim products for the global automotive industry. Our capabilities range from market and consumer research, full concept development, design and engineering, testing and validation to world-class manufacturing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical,Mechatronical or Industrial Engineering Dept.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position in automotive industry(Seat experience is preferred)
- Good command of English both written and oral
- Knowledge of production organization tools is a preference (5S, KAIZEN,MTM,OEE)
- PLC knowledge is required
- Strong machine-equipment and technical knowledge
- Knowledge of process mapping, improvement, and actualization
- Having a valid driving license and active driver,
- Able to travel in Turkey & abroad
- No military service obligation for the male candidates
- Living in or willing to relocate to İzmit,
İŞ TANIMI
Job Description:- To review design, specification and implementation of new processes, from product development to the production stages,in accordance with production targets in terms of quality, cost and delivery
- To study the possibility of improving production and quality in current processes
- To assure the quality of initial samples
- To provide feedback for project engineers relating to their designs for project development
- To develop and update process documentation (PFMEA, production diagrams,layouts)
- To cooperate in analyzing production issues (productivity, quality) proposing measures that are suitable for improving the process
- To adjust the means of production and production control, conducting tests and taking limit samples.
- Define necessary technological investment requirements of product engineering department to meet customer needs. Construct plans to achieve this goal.
- Carry the management responsibility of engineering staff (draftsman, technician).
