 We offer you:

IKEA Young Talents Program is a one and a half year program which combines “business development” and “personal development”.
During this period, you will participate in different learning processes and work across all departments of the IKEA store. Rather than doing an office job and being at your desk all day, working on the shop floor and facing real customer experience is the main challenge. Trainees will be included in the shift program which may require working in the evening shift and on weekends.

Throughout the program, you will be actively supported by a mentor. You will carry real responsibilities; make a meaningful contribution to the business; gain knowledge of our values, culture, business drivers and develop your network within the IKEA Turkey. After this rewarding half a year, you should be ready to go one step further in your career for new experiences and for expanding your skills.
