THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Electrical-Electronics Engineering Degree,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Advanced level in English,
• Confident use of MS Office programs,
• ERP systems experience is a plus,
• Planning and organisational skills,
• Communicative and proactive personality.
• Customer care oriented.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring conformity of an order entering into the ERP System and successfully monitoring it,
• Providing periodical reports on the activities including; customer needs, requirements and problems to the Customer and Business Operations Manager,
• Maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential customers with quality,
• Managing Customer Care Services, Order to Cash operations and After-sales,
• Submitting purchase order to the related factories, monitoring open orders book & updating the system,
• Providing necessary informations to the sales team and customers,
• Communicating customers' wishes or requirements & sustain a good relationship with customers
• Follow-up the shipment planning, invoicing and returns,
• Submitting offers by referring to price lists,
• Entering the sales prices in the system, checking received and demanded orders,
• Strong liaising with the other departments (production, outside sales, logistics, finance, warehousing etc.) to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Supporting marketing activities,
• Participating in all company trainings and sales meetings.
